Welcome to the Central Christian Church web site!

Central Christian Church is conveniently located in downtown Connersville, Indiana on the corner of 8th and Central.  We support a care centered ministry that shares God's gift of Jesus Christ with each other as well as outside the walls of the church.

Worship service begins at 10:20 am,  Sundays.
There are many small groups that meet other times.  Click here for more info.

We provide a staff attended nursery and a "Mission Possible" interactive service for children 5-12 during the worship service.

Programs

Mission Possible - Our Sunday School program for children ages 5-12.  The entire 2nd floor has been transformed into a Bedouin Village...Adults participate by dressing as different biblical characters.

Salvation Army -  Serve in the Lord's Kitchen, School Supplies,                                                          Bell Ringing.

Small Group Ministry

We offer many small groups for Christian interaction.  You can't get to know someone by just sitting in church with them for an hour and then smiling and saying "Nice to see you" and "See you next Sunday".   The Small Group Ministry brings the opportunity to explore your faith with others in a non-formal environment.  Small groups often meet in homes or on field trips to restaurants, museums, etc.  

Whether you are a youth, Young & in Love or Young at Heart there is a group for you.

Church History

Cornerstone

Central Christian Church was erected in 1904.  The mostly limestone building is ornamented with beautiful stained glass windows and a mostly hardwood interior.  The most dramatic feature is the large pipe organ.   Read More
